1. Remove seal. 2. Evenly sprinkle topping packet contents on the dessert.
TORCH: Follow step 1 and 2. 3. Move the flame of the torch 2 to 3 cm over the sugar to caramelize until dark golden-brown. 4. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Follow step 1 and 2. 3. Place rack at the highest level and set to broil. 4. Put the ramekin on a cooking plate. 5. Cook for 20 to 30 seconds. Leaving more than 1 minute can make the sugar liquid. 6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes before serving. CAUTION: Glass ramekin will be hot.
